Terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are between [legal entity name] (ABN [number]) (“Ringtrue”, “we”) and the business that creates a workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to them. If you are joining a workspace as a team member, your workspace director has agreed on your behalf.

The service

Ringtrue provides simulated cold-call practice with an AI prospect and AI coaching. The prospect is software; the coaching is guidance for practice, not a measure of anyone’s ability, and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

Your workspace

  • You are responsible for who you invite and the role you give them.
  • You must tell your team that practice calls are transcribed and, where you enable it, stored, and obtain any consent your own policies require.
  • Playbook content you write must not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain claims you are not permitted to make in your industry. Ringtrue helps you keep to approved claims but you remain responsible for compliance.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars through Stripe. Included voice minutes and model usage renew each period; extra minutes are billed as shown in Billing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is included in or added to our prices, and our receipts are not tax invoices. If we register, we will give you 30 days’ notice of how GST will apply.

Acceptable use

No attempting to access another workspace, no automated abuse of the voice or AI features, and no use of the service to train competing models. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Your data

You own your playbooks, transcripts and reports. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your workspace’s data at any time.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from Billing; the workspace stays open until the end of the paid period. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
